- Fixed at three weeks: up to 6 interviews, one cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud) plus Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and up to 30 applications in the inventory.
- The cloud is reviewed at overview level, sized from a free read-only inventory query (AWS Resource Explorer, Azure Resource Graph or Google Cloud Asset Inventory).
- More interviews, a second cloud or more applications are quoted after the call.

What we need from you
- Read-only cloud access: AWS SecurityAudit and ViewOnlyAccess, Azure Reader and Security Reader at the root management group, or Google Cloud Viewer and Security Reviewer at organisation level.
- Microsoft 365: the Entra Global Reader role. Google Workspace: a custom admin role with read-only privileges.
- Your application list, licence overview and 12 months of cloud and SaaS cost reports.
- Up to 6 people for 60-minute interviews, and one sponsor who owns the roadmap.
