How we price

We publish one price: the hourly minimum. Everything else is quoted for you after a free 30-minute call, once we understand what you need.

Free 30-minute call

Free, no obligation

We learn what you need: what you run today, what is holding you back and what a good result looks like for you. You get an honest answer on whether and how we can help.

Hourly work

from €80 / hour

excluding VAT

  • For small or open-ended requests and changes.
  • Invoiced monthly for the hours used.
  • Hourly work can have an agreed cap.

Fixed-price projects

Written fixed quote

Once we understand the scope and the technologies, you get a written fixed quote. It states:

  • What is included and what is not
  • What we need from you
  • The timeline
  • The payment milestones

Scope changes are agreed in writing before work continues.

Sprints of two weeks for open-ended builds

Quoted per sprint

When a build cannot be fully scoped up front, we work in sprints of two weeks: a senior architect plus the specialists the work needs. Each sprint is priced as a whole and quoted by team size.

Monthly care plans

Ongoing cover once you are live, with agreed hours, response times and reviews every month. The monthly quote is based on the workloads, resources and environments we look after, measured in a free sizing step.

Business hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 Finnish time, excluding Finnish public holidays.

24/7 critical cover

An add-on to a care plan, quoted together with it. P1 means production is down, data is at risk or security is breached, with no workaround.

  • An engineer acknowledges a P1 incident within 30 minutes, 24/7/365.
  • We promise response times, never fix times.
  • Cover starts after 4–6 weeks of onboarding: access for the on-call team, alert tuning, a runbook for each supported system, a restore test and two weeks of shadow operation.
  • Up to 3 hours of out-of-hours incident work a month are included.
  • Minimum term six months.
  • Standby for a launch or migration can be agreed separately.

Questions

Why is there no price list?

Two projects that sound the same can need very different work. After the free call we quote for your actual scope, so the price reflects what you need rather than an average.

What does a quote depend on?

On what actually drives the work: the workloads, resources, environments and regions in scope, the integrations and users involved, and the timeline you need.

What if the scope changes?

Changes are agreed in writing before work continues. If a change affects the price or the timeline, you get an updated quote first.

Do you work by the hour?

Yes, for small or open-ended requests and changes, with an agreed cap if you want one. For work with a clear goal, a fixed quote is usually simpler for both sides.

Why pay when a cloud partner offers a free assessment?

We are vendor-neutral and do not resell licences, so the advice follows your needs, not a sales target. You keep all the Terraform, policies and runbooks.

Who does the work?

A senior architect leads every engagement and does the architecture. For larger builds and ongoing operations, vetted specialists join, and the lead architect stays accountable for the result.
