When you need it
Your application is live, but the developers who built it have moved on or are busy with new features. Dependencies go out of date, vulnerability alerts pile up and small fixes wait for weeks.
What sets the quote
- Three plans by monthly hours: Essential (6 hours), Business (14 hours) or Priority (30 hours).
- The hours cover updates, fixes and small changes to the applications agreed at onboarding.
- Sized by the applications in scope, their stacks and platforms (web, API, iOS, Android) and how often they change.
- Unused hours roll over for one month, up to half the monthly allowance.
- More applications, or a faster pace of change, are quoted after sizing.
What changes
- Security and dependency updates go in every month, tested before release, not only after an incident.
- Outages and error spikes are caught by monitoring, not reported by your customers.
- A P1 gets a response within 4 business hours in Essential, 2 in Business and 1 in Priority.
- Bugs and small changes go into one queue and are handled by priority.
What you get
- Onboarding with access, a review of each application and runbooks
- Monthly security and dependency updates, tested before release
- Uptime and error monitoring with alert routing
- Backup checks for application data
- Fixes and small changes within your monthly hours
- In Business and Priority, quarterly minor-version upgrades and App Store and Google Play release support
- A quarterly report in Essential or a monthly report in Business and Priority, plus a service-level dashboard and monthly review in Priority
